Great service and Personal

Asked for est told them I would check my email but to reach out by phone.called with insurance work done but email doesn't say woburn or auto body and cant find email from sender he said it would be from so never saw it no phone call till done. So showed up to half repaired truck and can pay for rental and another repair when would have been happier to show up to car complete not knowing price.

They took care of all the paperwork with State farm, leaving me less work to do. They connected me to Enterprise Rent a car - ns they made it easy for me to get the car and drop it off while my car was being repaired. Enterprise picked me up at Woburn Foreign Autobody and I just left the keys with Woburn Foreign Autobody when my car was fixed. They fixed my car perfectly - so that I would never have known there was damage...and the thing I was totally unprepared for - they detailed my car while they had it. It has not smelled this clean since the first month I got it. I hope my cars are never in an accident again - but if they are - I know where I'm going for five star service! thanks to the team at Woburn Foreign Autobody!

Not at all pleased with the outcome of work done on my vehicle. It took 6+ weeks to replace the bumper and wheel well on my car and with the cost of a rental this project ended up being around 30% of the value of my 2025 car. The new bumper is not well aligned with other parts of the car, and the trim around the front wheel housing has A LOT of micro scratches. The car itself has so many larger scratches that were not there when dropping it off, the interior wreaked of heavy chemicals, the UI profiles are completely unrecoverable so we are forced to schedule an appointment with KIA, the seat adjustment when reversing sounds broken, and the customer service trying to get updates on the completion date were non-existent. I called a total of 11 times in the 6 weeks with the same response "I will call you right back when the guy who knows is back" without getting a single call back and there was a 3 week stretch of time then status was "in paint". I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Great service in a timely manner. Great people work there too!

Used them after minor fender bender. They were great to work with, highly professional, and did great work. The panels, material, and paint looked like OEM.

Don’t deal with these people. They show zero respect and their communication is awful.

They are a very busy place and take awhile to complete the work but, in the long run, it was worth the wait. The work was impeccable and the staff helpful from arranging insurance rental through final delivery.

I sent the car after an accident in the rear. After a year I started to get a noise from the I torsion bar as it was not correctly placed, now I have to get that done at Mazda with a whole I torsion bar at my expense . If I can put a zero not a single star I would do so.

Service took a week longer than expected. Rude service. Avoid this place.

I brought my 2010 Corolla by because my AC was not working and I remembered that they fixed my car last year. I brought it by their office and it turns out that it was just my bumper they replaced. Next thing I know they took my keys and brought the vehicle into the shop and charged my AC. They handed me my keys and I asked if I owed any money, Jim replied “ How about a handshake”. They are just great people to deal with.

Please don't call us. She was the rudest person I had ever met. 2 days later I call again, and they haven't even touched the part. If you are smart, avoid them at all cost, because they really don't care about you!

Thank you for your service. I had my car repaired at Woburn Foreign Auto and they did an amazing job and beyond. My car looks great all around inside and out. The only thing it took 3 weeks for the repairs. Luckily I have insurance coverage for a rental which was there for me to pick up and drop off. Thank you and for my nephew taking off and put the children's car seats in and off. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Horrible horrible experience so far. They said my car would take a max of two weeks to be fixed since it needed a door change. It’s 3 weeks now and they said it’s getting assembled. About 10 years ago, my car was repaired by WFAB. At the time, I was told the warranty of the job was lifetime except after changing ownership. Over the years, the painting around the repaired area cracked and getting worse recently. I was thinking about getting in touch with WFAB but couldn't find the original repairing paperwork. As winter is approaching, I finally contacted WFAB and the person answered the call told me that they may not keep paperwork for that long but I may bring my car in to get an evaluation/estimation. When we got in, I found the manager did search and find the record! He evaluated the crack and verified our phone #'s versus the record. The area was re-painted beautifully within days. At least to me, guaranteeing job quality is an important factor when choosing a place to fix auto body. I am impressed by the commitment WFAB made to their job quality in my case.

Outstanding facilities and workmanship

Jim the manager and Rachel up front are very helpful and courteous: however the rest of the staff do not care and their quality of repair is very below satisfactory. Took them 3 visits to fix my car correctly, give their repairs 6 months to a year and your bumpers will be hanging off due to them ordering cheap replacement parts that wont hold up. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.

Took my car to this center based on the recommendation of a dealership. Employees were extremely polite and helpful, specially Rachael. Unfortunately the quality of of the repair is not up to a "certified center". i got my car back with scratched paint due to disassembly & reassembly, new painted areas look darker and the tire was replaced with an unknown brand as well.

After a serious collision, I initially brought my car to another shop, which fixed less than half of the problems with the car. I brought the shop to Woburn Foreign Auto Body to fix their mistakes, and they did a wonderful job. A special thanks to the GM Jim Cooper and Rachael at the front desk for expedient and thorough work!

I had an older Saturn that was in an accident that had a water leak after the accident. They did a great job on the body work and they were able to finding the water leak in the truck and stop it.

The Folks at Woburn Foreign Auto Body made the shop van look like new after a fender bender. Much faster than expected and super nice people.

Amazing service!

Brought my car here twice and they do exceptional job. Customer service is top notch every time, I love that they send updates on progress of repair.

If we do need a body shop then this is the one to go to.

Returned my car with a dead battery, panels missing and found under seat, accessories removed and thrown out, then tried to blame me for their failures. Will never use them again. MAPFRE should be ashamed they sent me here.

Rachael Chapline in Customer service is amazing and extremely friendly and very helpful!, but my car after I went to pick it up I found different problem and the technician told me when I contact them we can't do anything and this problem in your car already , my car Toyota 2021 and I don't have the problem before so I don't recommend them if you want to fix a problem and get different issue in your car .

The quality of the work is excellent. However, the rating is low due to constant delays, having to constantly contact them for an update and priority. Took over 5 weeks to fix a rear bumper being told it needed to be painted for 3 weeks. Bad representation for OEM.

Great body work. Worked with my insurance without any problems

This shop was suggested to me by my insurance company after my car (that I like more than I like most people) got sideswiped by a school bus. They gave me updates throughout the entire process and when I got the car back, it was as pristine as it was before the accident. 5 stars, will definitely go with them again.

Great work was done and reasonable price

WFA is absolutely amazing, customer focused and professionals all around. They were patient and went to bat for me when Progressive didn’t want to cover the entirety of my claim. Mike and Rachel are amazing and made a stressful situation much easier than it would have been if I took my car else where. My car looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot six months ago! I hope I don’t need any repairs anytime soon, but if I do, WFA is the only place I’ll go!

It’s the worse place I have see for body shop. My vehicle went there for corrections from another body shop. I must say the professionalism and the way my vehicle was treated was unbelievable. Thank you, Jim Cooper, for your great service. I hope I never need you again, but if anyone needs body work, you need to consider this shop.

They were on point, kept my husband, and I updated on our truck daily. They made getting our truck fixed manageable. They were very quick and efficient as well. Every where else would have taken 3 weeks to a month. They did it all in a week.

I got into my first Interstate accident. I wasnt hurt but I was so shaken up. Scott was very helpful when I put in a claim to the insurance company and answered all my questions. The mechanics did a fantastic job with my car repairs. It looks good as new. I thank them so much for all they've done.

Total rip off! Most of their reviews must be paid, they're all 5 stars. They charged for 4.2 hours to put on a bumper and 6.4 hours for paint mixing, and another 6.4 hours to apply the paint. This eat for very superficial bumper damage. They told me that the tail lights needed to be hooked up and they the paint doesn't come pre mixed. Well, I've seen bumpers put in foreign cars and, especially for superficial damage, well, a middle schooler with mild to moderate ADD could get it done in less than an hour and a half. In terms of the paint, I've had that mixed. The paint cube from a universal kit and bits of colors are added and then put into a centrifuge. It takes 20 minutes, tops. I even tried to give them an out and asked if they were charging for the car to dry in a bay, and they said no. Eventually, after running out of poor excuses, they told me I had to pay even though I hadn't seen the ludicrous almost $1,200 estimate, which I had not seen prior. Expensive doesn't necessarily mean high quality, sometimes it means you should take your cat to a cheaper shop where the work will be done better, and then invest in a lie detector test session for the mechanics at this shop!

They aren't real mechanics according to them. But did do good body work on my car.

It would be better to just junk your car! You'll never get it back anyway. My 4 day job has turned into a 3 week job. This place SUCKS!!!! The management is aweful and there is no quality control structure at this shop. I had to involve my insurance company numerous times to get involved to remedy this aweful situation. They are now intentionally ignoring my car, didn't paint my bumper for 5 days and just left it in the lot. They don't care about you at all every answer is blaming someone else in there shop.

Will never go here again. Even though it was good service, I received a new scratch on my car, my seats were filthy (grease fingerprint was on the seat, paint chips on my seat, looks like something was spilt), and on top of that I got left on dead e. They take pictures of your car before and on the picture you cannot see the scratch was there, but they said it was also raining that day. They said they would buff the scratch out and clean the seats. They did clean the seats when I brought it back, however, the scratch was still there. I wish I went somewhere else.

Went here for an appraisal. Guy tried to charge 2.5 hours for the bumper overhaul AND 1 hour for the headlight r&i. If you already removing the bumper there why do you need another hour to r&i the headlight. It’s only 3 bolts

I took my 2015 BMW 320 Xi to Woburn Foreign Auto Body in Woburn, MA on 10/17. I had minimal damage (some scuffs on the bumper, and a chipped tail light) I was quoted $1400. When I brought it in they said the bumper may need to be replaced because it could have broken clips. Well sure enough they said it needed a new bumper. The final invoice was over $2k. I got my car back on 10/20 and there were issues with the work they did. The body lines weren’t the same on both sides (very tight on the passenger side) the corners weren't sanded, buffed, and painted, there were chips in the paint around the back-up sensors, and it was rough feeling under the reflectors (not enough paint and no clear coat at all) I took it back on Monday 10/24 and I got it back last night 10/25 and there's still issues. I have bumps in the paint beneath the reflectors, the body lines are still the same, and the corners weren’t sanded, buffed, and painted. My car looks like a Macco job! My car was parked when it was hit by a Uhaul truck backing up. Uhauls insurance is Repwest and payment was already issued to the shop. I wish I had gone straight to BMW to begin with, after all I had nothing to lose, but I was referred by a friend who had his BMW side swiped and he spoke highly of WFAB. I should also mention that both times no one from WFAB went outside with me to inspect my car, show me what they had done to fix the car. My car was backed into a space up against the brick building so I couldn’t even see the work until I got home. I contacted my insurance company because they may be able to get involved. Woburn Foreign Auto Body did a xxxxty job, not ONCE, but TWICE! I'm not going back there and I may contact the attorney general. I went a total of 7 days without my car and it's still not fixed properly. I will NEVER refer anyone to this place. Bob Winters has xxxxty people in his shop, and they do a hack job! I wish I could post pictures.
