The customer service is amazing and every one in the front office is extremely friendly and very helpful! It can sometimes take longer to get your car back than originally planned due to parts issues and delays, but they do not have control over that. If you are unhappy with something and you reach out to them, they are always willing to help fix the issue.
Great body work. Worked with my insurance without any problems
This shop was suggested to me by my insurance company after my car (that I like more than I like most people) got sideswiped by a school bus. They gave me updates throughout the entire process and when I got the car back, it was as pristine as it was before the accident. 5 stars, will definitely go with them again.
Great work was done and reasonable price
WFA is absolutely amazing, customer focused and professionals all around. They were patient and went to bat for me when Progressive didn’t want to cover the entirety of my claim. Mike and Rachel are amazing and made a stressful situation much easier than it would have been if I took my car else where. My car looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot six months ago! I hope I don’t need any repairs anytime soon, but if I do, WFA is the only place I’ll go!

They were on point, kept my husband, and I updated on our truck daily. They made getting our truck fixed manageable. They were very quick and efficient as well. Every where else would have taken 3 weeks to a month. They did it all in a week.
I got into my first Interstate accident. I wasnt hurt but I was so shaken up. Scott was very helpful when I put in a claim to the insurance company and answered all my questions. The mechanics did a fantastic job with my car repairs. It looks good as new. I thank them so much for all they've done.

I found Woburn Foreign Auto Body through the Mercedes Benz website it recommended this business when someone backed into my car - they were amazing from the moment I called them they took care of everything about the insurance etc…. I just picked up my car and it looks perfect! Like brand new (even though it is only a 2020) plus whomever helped me when I went to pick up my car should get special props - for helping me with my rental at drop off - thank you so much Woburn Foreign Auto Body - I highly recommend!!!

I brought my truck in for some out of the ordinary frame work. Bob looked at the issue and came up with a game plan. Bob and his team kept me informed through the repairs. They ran into some unexpected issues, but informed me and worked through to make the repair. The work is excellent.
Went in for a quote and they were very nice and professional. Inside is clean and you are reminded that they specialize in foreign makes and models everywhere you look. Quote was fast and easy and gave me some good information. I went to another body shop place right after this to get another quote and I have confidence in these guys more
Highly recommend. I bought my car brand new a little over a year ago, so you can imagine the frustration of sustaining damage to the hood and roof so early in its life. Nothing bad to say about Woburn Foreign Auto Body. They do great work. In addition to great work this will be the easiest experience you ever have at a body shop. They will do the insurance estimate right there. They arrange for a rental car for you to pick up and dropped off right there. While they are working on your car they send you updates with pictures daily. Fortunately I don't spend a lot of time at body shops, but this is the best I have ever been to.
Had the misfortune of needing their services twice in the last year, but they made it easy. If you're with commerce/mapfre, they are closely tied so no delays getting things approved.

Fixed my truck after an accident, they were very responsive and kept me updated with daily photos of the process they made. They even washed and quickly cleaned the inside before they gave it back to me!
Body work was excellent, looks brand new. Took a star because the detail wasn't top notch. Still dirt on my floor and a sub par cleaning of the doors and trim. Pretty disappointed to pay 99$ for that. My last detail was 75$ and much more thorough.
Always great service, professional staff, and stellar work. I've needed to use these folks a handful of times and I have never been let down. Would highly recommend this shop for any make or model of vehicle.

Repairs look excellent! This is the second that went for repair at the same location.
Very likable staff! I feel they try to be accurate in telling customers when their cars are ready for pick up. They also seem to have a good relationship with the car rental companies, so, I didn't have to worry about contacting the rental companies in the event I needed the their car for more than a day. Hopefully, my car doesn't get run into ever again, but if it does, I'd definitely choose WFAB again!
